Dear Friends:

On behalf of the citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia, it gives me great pleasure to extend a warm welcome to everyone attending the 108th Annual Warrenton Horse Show.

Since 1899, the Warrenton Horse Show has been a premier showcase for Virginia’s evergrowing industry of horse showing and breeding. Through the efforts of events like this one, this industry has helped to add over $1.2 billion to the Commonwealth’s agricultural economy. I am proud to welcome visitors from across the country to Virginia to join in what has become an historic tradition throughout the Warrenton community.

In closing, I wish to acknowledge the Warrenton Horse Show Association for their planning and organization of the weeklong celebrations. I appreciate the hard work and dedication of the members of the Board of Directors and the many volunteers who have given their time and energy to keep this century-long showcase expanding. The Commonwealth is grateful for all the work that you do.
